Purposes of collecting user personal information

The personal data of the Customer/User may be used by the Website Owner for the following purposes:

Technical information

When you visit the Site, information from standard server logs becomes automatically available to the Site administration. This includes your computer's IP address (or proxy server, if used to access the Internet), the name of your Internet service provider, domain name, browser and operating system type, information about the website/social media page from which you linked to the Site, the pages of the Site you visit, the dates and times of these visits, and files. This information is analyzed by us in an aggregated (anonymized) form to analyze the traffic of the Website and is used in developing proposals for its improvement and development. Technical information about visits to the Website (anonymized) is also collected by statistics counters installed on the Website.

For the purpose of concluding Agreements, the User may also provide the following personal data about himself or about the organization and its representatives on whose behalf he acts: first name, patronymic, last name, position, telephone number, additionally, the name, TIN, EDRPOU, registration address and postal address of such an organization, corporate telephone number, current account, name of the servicing bank may be provided. The above information about the organization does not belong to personal data.

If an individual acts as an individual entrepreneur or in his/her interests, at the request or with the direct written consent of such an individual entrepreneur, the following may also be provided: surname and initials of the individual entrepreneur, EDRPOU and mailing address, telephone number, current account, name of the servicing bank.

Responsibilities of the parties

The user is obliged to:

• Provide personal data necessary for using the Website under the Agreement or concluding the Contract.
• Update and supplement the personal data provided in the event of any changes to this information.

The administration/representative of the Website/Website owner is obliged to:

• Use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
• Ensure the storage of confidential information, not disclose it without the prior written consent of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other way the personal data of the Client/User. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities only on the grounds and in the manner established by law.
• Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect this type of information in existing business transactions.
• Block personal data belonging to the relevant User from the moment of the User's request or inquiry, or that of their legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, for the period of verification in the event of the discovery of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

The administration/representative of the Website/Website owner has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent and without notifying the User. The User is responsible for reviewing the updated version of the Privacy Policy, which governs the rules for using the Website. Changes to the Privacy Policy take effect from the moment they are posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
